REFUND POLICY – Pushkara Oils

At Pushkara Oils, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund, return, replacement, and cancellation policies carefully.


Refund Policy:
If a customer has made a duplicate payment for a single transaction, the extra amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days.

If you wish to return a product after delivery, you must inform our customer service team within 12 hours of receiving the order. We may ask a few questions to understand the reason for the return and assist you accordingly.

Customers are advised to check their orders immediately upon delivery. In case of any damage, defect, or incorrect item, please notify us promptly. If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will take immediate steps to resolve it.

Before returning any product, it is mandatory to contact our customer service team for return approval and shipping instructions. Return requests should be initiated within 24 hours (next day) of delivery.

If the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 to 20 working days. Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for bearing the return shipping cost.


Replacement Policy:
In case the product is damaged or defective, you may request a replacement within 3 to 5 days of delivery. Once the damaged product is returned to us, the replacement will be processed and delivered within 10 to 15 working days.


Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch and within 4 days of placing the order. Once the cancellation is approved, the refund amount will be credited to your provided account within 16 to 20 working days.


Pushkara Oils reserves the right to review and approve all return, refund, replacement, and cancellation requests.
