SHIPPING POLICY – Pushkara Oils
Welcome to Pushkara Oils. Thank you for choosing us. By accessing our website or placing an order through our platform (including website, phone, email, or WhatsApp), you agree to the terms related to our shipping and delivery services. We request you to review this policy carefully.
Our Delivery Service:
At Pushkara Oils, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Once an order is placed, we make every effort to dispatch and deliver it within the selected or estimated time frame.
Orders can be placed through our website or other supported communication channels such as phone, email, or WhatsApp. We act as a custodian (bailee) of the products until they are delivered to you.
Customers may modify or cancel their orders only until the product has not been dispatched for shipment. Once the order is shipped, modifications may not be possible. Pushkara Oils reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on location, availability of products, and unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges, if applicable, may change at any time without prior notice.
Shipping Charges and Timelines:
Shipping costs will be displayed at the time of checkout. Estimated delivery timelines will also be communicated during the order process. While we strive to meet delivery expectations, delays may occur due to logistics or external factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you may receive updates regarding your shipment through SMS, email, or other communication channels provided during order placement.
Payments:
We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and online bank transfers. Cash on delivery is currently not available.
In case of payment failure or decline, Pushkara Oils reserves the right to recover any outstanding amount and may suspend services until the payment issue is resolved.
